The R&D Lab is also responsible for conducting stability tests on different batches of products, including Pilot Batch, Trial Batch, and Commercial Batch, using advanced equipment such as Humidity Temperature Controlled Stability Chamber and Electro-Thermal Constant Temperature Drying Oven. Additionally, this lab oversees the study of the shelf life of products. Manufacturing:

The manufacturing facility at Vince consists of three mixers for production, two of which are vacuum emulsified and have the ability to manufacture various products such as creams, lotions, serums, shampoos, toners, etc. The mixers are programmed with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology, allowing for high-quality, high-performance production with minimal environmental impact. The PLC programming enables precise heating, cooling, and mixing control, making the mixers compatible with complex formulations. Additionally, both vacuum-emulsified mixers have separate water and oil tanks, ensuring the production of high-quality emulsions.

Filling & Packing:

The Filling & Packing facility has various machines that can quickly and accurately fill and pack tubes, bottles, and jars rapidly and accurately. These machines include Ultrasonic Semi-Automatic Tube Filling & Sealing Machines, Pneumatic Filling Machines, Inkjet Printers, Round Bottle Labeling machines, Thermal Shrink-Packaging machines, and more. The devices can handle extensive packaging materials and efficiently fill and pack products quickly and accurately.
